Lamb in oven

 

It is very traditional dish which Cretan families use to to cook every Sunday.


It is pieces of lamb with potatoes and zucchini, covered with extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and baked in the oven in low fire for almost three hours.
